About Circles

Circles is built and operated by Circles Messaging and Media LLC, a small independent software company in Ohio, United States.

Who we are

Circles Messaging and Media LLC is a limited liability company registered in Ohio, United States and formed in May 2026. We build consumer mobile software. Our first and current product is Circles, a private messaging app for small groups of people who already know one another.

Why we built Circles

Circles is a focused place to talk with the people who matter to you. You make a Circle, invite the people you want in it, and talk — one to one or in a group. We keep the app small and calm, and we put you in control of who is in your Circles and what you share. That same focus shapes how we handle data: we collect as little as we can and never sell it.

What we make

The Circles app provides private direct and group messaging, photo sharing within a Circle, an optional roster tool called Dynasty Tracker for organized game groups, and full control over your display name and account. A complete description is on our Features page.

Where we are today

Circles is in a closed friends beta on iOS (Apple TestFlight) and Android (Google Play Internal Testing). We are working toward a public release on the App Store and Google Play. As an independent, self-funded company, we are building deliberately and keeping the product small and focused.
